Returns & Exchange Policy

Our refund and exchange policy does not cover a refund for change of mind relating to size, fit or style.

However, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note that is valid for 3 years from the date of issue of the credit note provided you comply with our returns policy time limits set out below. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law requirements our refund and exchange policy does cover a return of an item if the item is faulty. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt.

In the event an item is faulty or you wish to return an item you should follow the following instructions within 7 days of purchase detailing the issue with the item:

Please make sure you request tracking information at the Post Office 

Once we receive your items undamaged, unworn and in perfect condition, we will action for you the credit note, exchange or refund (only when an item is faulty). 

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the event we determine the item to be faulty we will provide a similar exchange item or get the item repaired. However in the event we do not hold a similar exchange item in stock we will provide a refund or credit note valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. We reserve the right to seek the manufacturer’s approval and confirmation in determining whether an item is deemed faulty. If the item is not faulty we will provide an exchange or credit note valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue provided you have complied with our returns policy time limits set out above.

All SALE item sales are final (unless faulty) and we do not accept returns on sale items, books, earrings and swimwear (unless faulty). We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of an item that has been used, washed or damaged in any way and we are unable to accept returns of items that are not returned in their original sale condition with swing tags attached. Customers are responsible for all postage and courier costs (if any) incurred unless the item is determined to be faulty.
